CURRENT PROJECTS
Belle-Terre
Phase 1
In Thônex, in the Geneva countryside, the first phase of the Belle-Terre district has been designed and built by four architectural practices, working together under a single impetus.
The Belle-Terre district, planned to be completed in three phases by 2035, recently saw the delivery and commissioning of its first phase. Designed and implemented by a team of architects and developers, this first phase, comprising two urban spaces, functions as a coherent entity.

Belle-Terre
Phase 2 (2027)
The Belle-Terre district, scheduled to be built in three phases between now and 2035, will see its second phase completed in 2027. A cornerstone of Geneva’s urban development, Belle-Terre is set to transform the face of Thônex. With 2,670 new homes planned between now and 2035 to meet the real estate emergency, this planned neighborhood will welcome some 6,000 new arrivals. A major change, since they will represent 40% of the commune’s population.
