Paris 16th

In the late 1960s and early 1970s, Paris continued to densify and the urban fabric of certain peripheral neighborhoods gradually transformed to accommodate new residents.

In the 16th arrondissement, Batima played an active role in this transformation by partnering with some of the last owners of private mansions to construct high-end residential buildings.

By perfecting the dation system, Batima enabled owners of properties that had become unsuitable for their needs and too costly to maintain to acquire contemporary residences and enhance their land assets through income-generating real estate.
