FAMILY HISTORY
In 1965, Gabriel Aknin founded Batima with the intention of bringing real estate development, then in the throes of transformation, into step with the times. His early achievements, which combined inventiveness, creativity, entrepreneurial agility and sociological reflection, fortified a reputation that has been expressed over the years in large-scale projects.
For over 25 years, his two sons, Yves and Gilles Aknin, have ensured the continuity of this vision, in line with market needs, in a continuous process of improvement.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
The patrimonial logic we use consists in carrying out an operation as if we were going to keep it ourselves, which is sometimes the case. Another feature of our business is that we offer sellers of land the option of keeping one or more apartments in the new development.
