The diversity of the landscapes is matched only by that of the buildings, conceived as islands, each with its own personality. Here, semi-detached dwellings with large exteriors and private access. There are buildings with well-thought-out volumes, revealing generous volumes, extended to the outside by beautiful terraces.
OBERKAMPF
Reflecting on the evolution of this historic Paris neighborhood, 119 rue Oberkampf pays tribute to an artisanal and industrial past, while at the same time embracing the modernity of Paris’s young, cosmopolitan 11th arrondissement.
THE RIVE-GAUCHE TOWER
An emblematic development by the BATIMA Group: the Le Rive-Gauche tower, whose apartments were delivered in 1974 on the Seine waterfront in Paris, is revolutionizing the art of living.
Rene Dumas designed the interior of the show apartment in the Rive-Gauche tower. Going against the grain of her era, she imagines a ground-level interior, liberating the body and reinventing the way we inhabit space.
Paris 16th
At the end of the 60s and beginning of the 70s, Paris was becoming even denser, and the urban fabric of certain outlying districts was gradually being transformed to accommodate new residents.
PARIS 9TH, 10TH AND 17TH
Batima, a key player in urban transformation, anticipates and accompanies the urban renewal of Paris with the construction and, above all, the renovation and enhancement of residential and commercial buildings in rapidly changing neighborhoods.
