Every word carries a strong argument. “Terrace living rooms overlooking the Seine” – “No wasted space” – “No more useless hallways” – “Panoramic view” – “Fixed and final introductory price.” A color floor plan illustrated these claims. “Finally, a developer who takes the risks on its own,” concludes the ad, adding, “Batima has always kept its word.”
This advertisement, which was completely groundbreaking at the time, encapsulates the philosophy of Gabriel Aknin, a visionary entrepreneur.
