LA CANOPÉE
Set in an exceptional natural setting, the buildings of the La Canopée development stretch out on the outskirts of Geneva, near the calm and inviting banks of the Foron River. Each with its own distinct character, these clusters of buildings are nestled within a vast, shaded park, offering semi-collective housing complemented by generous green spaces that blend harmoniously into the landscape.
OBERKAMPF
The commitment to heritage preservation, a core value of the Batima Group, is driving the real estate transformation of 119 Rue Oberkampf in Paris. A six-story building houses a wide variety of lofts that pay homage to the artisanal and industrial past of this suburban neighborhood while celebrating the modernity of a young and cosmopolitan district.
THE "LE RIVE GAUCHE" TOWER
A flagship development by the BATIMA Group, the Le Rive Gauche tower—whose Parisian apartments were completed in 1974 along the banks of the Seine—set a new standard in the art of designing and building luxury properties.
This project, which was completely groundbreaking at the time, embodies the Batima Group’s vision: a commitment to the highest quality, attractive housing designs featuring loggias, and a capacity for innovation—evident in particular through the collaboration with an interior designer, as Rena Dumas created the refined decor for the model apartment. Going against the grain of her time, the avant-garde designer envisioned a ground-level interior, liberating the body and reinventing the way people inhabit space.

During the “Thirty Glorious Years,” the urban fabric of the French capital became denser, transforming the character of several outlying neighborhoods. Amid this real estate boom, the Batima Group, founded by Gabriel Aknin, distinguished itself as early as the late 1960s through its commitment to rigor, attention to detail, and a desire to allow architects to express their creativity.
This signature style, which blends passion, integrity, and rationality, is now evident in Paris’s 16th arrondissement through high-end projects designed with a view to long-term preservation of the area’s heritage.
