A cornerstone of Geneva&#8217;s urban development, Belle-Terre is set to transform the face of Th\u00f4nex. <strong>With 2,670 new homes planned between now and 2035<\/strong> to meet the real estate emergency, this planned neighborhood will welcome some 6,000 new arrivals.
